Donna's modeling and acting experience started as a fluke when asked to do a coat commercial for the local Sears store where her mother worked at the time, in the spring of 1976, when Donna was a senior in high school. Over the years, the work has, and still does, provide her with extra income to support her writing efforts, it put a shed up in the backyard and enables her to meet some wonderful people.
